Biography

Andrew is well known in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency industry as a legal advocate for clear regulatory frameworks to ensure those entering and operating in the industry are well equipped on a global scale.

After finding Bitcoin in 2011, Andrew wrote his thesis on the regulation of cryptocurrencies between 2013 and 2015 while getting his law and master’s degrees. Andrew ran one of the first cryptocurrency mining companies in the U.S. as well as a digital asset investment fund. Today, Andrew represents Blockchain and Cryptocurrency clients across many industries.

Biography

Tyler represents entrepreneurs and businesses specifically focused on projects related to blockchain technology, digital assets, virtual currency activities, and other emerging technologies. As a lawyer for first-time business owners and serial founders, Tyler develops sophisticated legal strategies aimed at achieving each client’s unique long-term business goals.

Tyler advises clients regarding digital securities offerings, also known as security token offerings or STOs, initial exchange offerings (IEOs), money transmitter licensing, and corporate structuring and governance. Tyler has provided blockchain consulting and legal advice to individuals and companies working in industries including biotech, real estate, gaming and gambling, cannabis, blockchain, and other industries.

Tyler also advises clients regarding intellectual property issues and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Trademarks and Unfair Competition Division.
